How do we deliver?

We ship with DHL. The delivery time is 1-2 working days within Germany and 14 days WORLDWIDE.

We deliver worldwide. As soon as your order has been packed, you will receive an email shipping confirmation with the delivery information. 

We always ship within Germany free shipping. Shipping usually takes approximately 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. 

For the supply Worldwide we calculate one Flat shipping fee of €4.99 for orders under €100. 

 

What if I don't like something?

You have 4 weeks Time to decide whether the item(s) is/are right for you. The reimbursement of costs takes place on the condition that the Item not damaged, dirty or altered are. You can find further information in our Right of withdrawal.

 

How do I return something?

1. Pack the items you want to return into the package.

2. Address the package following address:

3. You can hand in the package at all DHL, DPD and Hermes parcel shops and packing stations. Please note that return shipping costs are not borne by us. Please keep the issued return receipt carefully until we confirm the return.

4. As soon as we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation and refund your purchase amount. If you have not yet paid for the items, your bill will be reduced by the corresponding amount.

 

Have you received faulty or incorrect goods?

Oops, of course we're sorry! Please contact our customer service so that we can help you immediately.

The best way to do this is to send us a picture of the defective or incorrect item and your order number by email jolyneglow@web.de

 

Standard Delivery

When shipping within Germany, you will receive your shipment by post in 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. When shipping outside of Germany, shipping can take up to 14 days. In special cases there may be longer delivery times. If there are any delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately. You decide where we should send your shipment, to your personal address or to a delivery address of your choice. For deliveries abroad, customs duties and taxes may be added upon acceptance in the respective country.

If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and immediately refund any consideration already received.

shipment tracking

On the day your order was handed over to DHL, you will receive a notification to the email address you provided. This email contains your parcel number, which you can use to track the shipment using the link provided. So you always know where your delivery is. If the shipment is sent with Deutsche Post, you will only receive a notification to the email address you provided that the shipment has taken place. Shipment tracking is not possible here.
